- Physical copies: Must be returned in original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition. Opened items will be considered only if defective.
- Collector’s editions: Must include all items (game, extras, manuals, codes) in unused condition.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day period from purchase.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
- Digital games that have been played for more than 2 hours.
- Downloadable content (DLC), expansion packs, or season passes once activated.
